CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
* Subject to the following terms and conditions:
Campaign Period. This is a limited time offer, available only to Eligible Subscribers who sign up to receive marketing communications from amp fit Inc. (“amp”) during the period between December 1–31, 2025 (“Campaign Period”, and “Campaign”, respectively). Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
Agreement to Rules. To participate in this Campaign, you must agree to these Campaign rules (the “Rules”) and to be bound by the decision of amp which is final and binding. Your participation constitutes acceptance of these Rules. amp reserves the right to modify, change, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these Rules at any time, in its sole discretion.
Eligibility. Means amp’s subscribers who register by providing valid contact information through this registration page and opt-in to receive marketing communications. To qualify as an “Eligible Subscriber” you must: (i) be residing in the United States; (ii) be at least eighteen (18) years of age as of date of entry; (iii) remain in good standing with amp’s Terms and these Rules throughout the Campaign Period. Employees of amp are excluded from participation. These Rules and the Campaign are also subject to amp’s applicable Terms of Purchase and Service (“Terms”) and Privacy Policy. By accepting these Rules, you confirm you have read and agree to such Terms and Privacy Policy.
How to Enter. One (1) entry is earned by providing a valid email address. One (1) additional entry is earned by providing a valid U.S. mobile phone number. Maximum of two (2) entries per Eligible Subscriber during the Campaign Period.
Reward and Winner. Three (3) winners will be selected by random drawing following the Campaign Period from all Eligible Subscribers. Each winner will receive a branded merchandise item selected by amp, with an estimated retail value of up to USD $50 (“Reward”). amp will notify potential winners via the email address provided. Winners must respond within seven (7) calendar days or risk forfeiture. Rewards will be shipped within sixty (60) days of receiving complete shipping information. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees. amp may disqualify any participant who violates these Rules or applicable laws. amp may publicly announce winners (including name and submitted information) for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Release of Liability. By participating, you waive any and all claims of liability against amp and its employees and agents for any injury or loss arising from participation in the Campaign or use of the Reward.
Dispute Resolution. All disputes shall be resolved individually, without class action, and limited to actual out-of-pocket costs (excluding attorneys’ fees). These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
